Accessing Suffolk Online.
You can register using the Request Access link here. The registration process can take up to two working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been processed. If you have any questions, please contact the registrations team on 0330 123 1073.
This means your firm is not yet registered with us. You will need to select ‘Register New Firm’. Please call the business development team for assistance on 0330 123 1073.
Please wait for confirmation from the Society that your registration has been successful, and all necessary checks have been completed. You will receive an email to confirm. Please call the team on 0330 123 1073 if you have not received our email within two days.
You can use the reset password link or contact the business development team on 0330 123 1073.
Unfortunately, we can only currently allow advisers to hold a Suffolk Online account.
Submitting a DIP/FMA.
It is a soft footprint at DIP, hard at full case submission.
DIPs are valid for 30 days.
Your progress will be saved once you proceed to the next page of each section throughout the application.
All offers are valid for six months. All offers can potentially be extended up to three months, on request. We would need the last three months’ supporting documents and to be advised of any material changes. Please send your offer extension request to [email protected].
You will pay any up-front fees through Suffolk Online prior to submission.
To view any tasks you have on the application, log in to Suffolk Online. This will also confirm the stage of the application. If you require further case updates, please contact the Lending Services team on 0330 123 1073 (Option 2).
You will need to create an ESIS first.

The decline reason will be shown on the product screen, or alternatively, to speak to one of our team. Please call 0330 123 1073.
Click on ‘Update applicant settings’ to the right of the client’s name in the information box and mark ‘yes’ to the income routes received by the clients in this section and add the income. Then click ‘Next’ and check back to dashboard and affordability will now be showing as green and complete. A DIP can then be submitted.
Check the number of applicants is represented in ‘Number of dependant adults’ box under household information.
Editing an application.
Please email [email protected] to advise of the new product required. Please note that any change in product will result in our affordability assessment being re-run on the revised product, and associated product stress rate, which may alter our lending decision.
You’re able to navigate through each section by using the ‘Next’ and ‘Previous’ buttons. You’re also able to use the summary panel along the top which will allow you to jump to a specific section e.g. commitments, credit profile.

Documents.
We’ve create five packaging requirement checklists, depending on the lending area. They are: Residential; UK buy to let and holiday let; Expat residential; Expat buy to let and holiday let; and Self build.
Documents do not need to be certified for Suffolk Online. We will email your clients a link for them to complete their ID verification checks.
No. All documents will be electronic and therefore a physical signature is not required.
