Our criteria is split into residential and buy to let, so use the options below to find the criteria you need.

 

 

Gambling (recurring transactions)

Indicates if we can potentially consider applicants with recurrent gambling transactions on residential applications

We will not consider applicants that have recurring gambling transactions

Green mortgage

Indicates if we can potentially accept a Green Mortgage application.

For existing borrowers only. We have a further advance product to fund green home purchases from £5k to £40k, for items such as: solar panels, traditional insulation, air source heat pumps, rain water harvesting, double/triple glazing, low energy lighting, boiler upgrades, wind turbines or electric car charging stations. Contact the Business Development Team for more information.

Guarantors

Indicates if we accept guarantor applications.

We do not accept “Guarantor” mortgages

Guarantors: Reverse (younger applicant guarantor for older applicant)

Indicates if we can potentially consider a reverse guarantor application. A reverse guarantor application is where the guarantor is younger than the applicant. This typically might occur when a son or daughter wishes to help their parents.

We do not accept “Guarantor” mortgages

Guarantors: Where applicant significant income growth is not expected

Indicates if we can potentially accept a guarantor application where the applicant is not expecting significant income growth in the future
