Maintenance

100% – must be either court ordered or evidence of 12 months receipt history.

Married Applicants Applying in Sole Names

Can accept applications in sole names where the applicant is married and the partner will also be residing in the property. Not available if marital partner is left off due to adverse credit.

Maximum Age

There is no maximum age at application or at the end of the mortgage term.

Note: Applicants 75 or over (at the point of application) will need to obtain Independent Legal Advice (ILA) to ensure they understand the implications of borrowing in retirement.

Maximum Loan

Minimum age

Minimum age of 18 at application.

Minimum Income

We have no minimum income on standard applications. Minimum income of £20,000 for applicants already in retirement (joint or single).

Minimum Loan

£75,000

Missed payments

There cannot be any missed payments in the last 12 months.
