We’re now able to offer existing borrowers a further advance to fund green home purchases.
Available for loans from £5k – £40k the funds can be used for purchases such as: solar panels, traditional insulation, air source heat pumps, rainwater harvesting, double/triple glazing, low energy lighting, boiler upgrades, wind turbines or electric car charging stations.
Andrew Sadler, Key Account Manager, commented: “As we’re all increasingly aware of our environmental impact and carbon footprint we’ve seen more borrowers seeking to invest in green home purchases, from small scale items such as electric car ports through to larger projects. Don’t forget for your existing borrower clients we currently pay a set proc fee of £150 for additional borrowing over £25k.”
