We are making various product adjustments, including rate increases and an increase to our minimum loan size on all products.

DIPs for the current products will be accepted until close of business Friday 2nd July. Applications on the current products will be accepted until close of business on Friday 9th July.

We are making the following changes to our product range:

  • New products (see below)
  • Increase minimum loan size to £100k for all products
  • Self build products now have 2% ERC for 2 years
  • Extended the fixed rate end dates for all 2 year fixed products by 3 months

Following a rate increase, these are the new products:

Residential

  • 80% 2 Year Discount @ 2.60%
  • 80% 2 Year Fixed @ 2.90%
  • 80% 5 Year Fixed @ 3.25%
  • 90% 2 Year Discount @ 3.29%
  • 90% 2 Year Fixed @ 3.59%

Residential interest only

  • 80% 2 Year Discount IO @ 2.95
  • 80% 2 Year Fixed IO @ 3.15%

Expat residential interest only

  • Expat Resi 2 Year Discount IO @ 3.10%
  • Expat Resi 2 Year Fixed IO @ 3.30%

Buy to let

  • Buy to Let 2 Year Discount @ 3.25%
