Today we’re launching three new five year fixed rate products, with deals aimed at older borrowers (aged 50+) and those seeking a buy to let or expat buy to let deal. Even better, our BTL and expat BTL products boast reduced completion fees too.

Here’s an overview of the products on offer for purchase and remortgage:

  • Later life fixed at 3.50% until 30 June 2024, with a completion fee of £500, for maximum 75% LTV and a minimum loan of £25k
  • BTL fixed at 3.75% until 30 June 2024, with a completion fee of £950, for maximum 80% LTV and a minimum loan of £75k
  • Expat BTL fixed at 3.99% until 30 June 2024, with a completion fee of £999, for maximum 75% LTV and a minimum loan of £75k

Available from five to 40-year terms up to a maximum loan of £500,000, each product has an application fee of £199, CHAPs fee of £35 and a tiered valuation fee based on property value.  For standard BTL and later life remortgage applicants there is a FREE valuation (up to property value of £1m) and fee assisted legals.

All deals come with our generous 50% fee free overpayment facility which is calculated on the original loan amount, giving your clients added flexibility. For overpayments in excess of 50% of the original loan amount, or early redemption, an Early Repayment Charge (ERC) of 5% applies.

Available for properties across England and Wales, for intermediaries in the Society’s heartland area and members of selected networks and clubs.
