No longer a one size fits all, we know first time buyers these days need something a little different – a solution as unique as they are. That’s why we have a range of options to suit their requirements, backed up by our individual approach to underwriting where you can be sure each and every application is assessed by an expert.

Here are some of the ways we might be able to help your next first time buyer:

High LTV
We have standard residential options at 95% and 90% LTV, available up to a 40 year term with no maximum age.

Gifted Deposits
Available as standard on all residential products with 12 months rental history, where the gift is from an immediate family member.
Two specialist products for applicants with a wider gifted deposit source, accepted from parents, step-parents, siblings, step-siblings, grandparents, step-grandparents, children, step-children or adopted children.

Shared Ownership
For part-buy, part-rent schemes we offer up to 95% LTV on the share, with no application or completion fees. We lend on new build houses and flats (max 5 storeys).
