Tenet links with Ipswich Building Society

Tenet has joined Ipswich Building Society’s panel of approved intermediaries, meaning that its products are now available to Tenet members across the UK.

TenetLime managing director, Gemma Harle, comments:
“The Ipswich offers common sense solutions for underserved yet creditworthy borrowers who find themselves locked out of the mainstream mortgage market. This is demonstrated by recently improved lending criteria to accommodate those on zero-hour contracts, plus initiatives for the self-employed, older borrowers and those whose income includes child maintenance payments.”

Richard Norrington, CEO at Ipswich Building Society commented “We are continually seeking to improve how we do business and the products that we offer to intermediaries and their clients. I am pleased to welcome Tenet on board our panel of nationally approved intermediaries and to be extending the availability of our mortgage products to continue to help those often overlooked by lenders that employing an automated machine-only approach to lending.”
