For standard residential & later life
Suffolk Online.
Suffolk Online is now here for your new standard residential and later life cases!
What you should know:
- Contact the Business Development Team on 0330 123 1073 (option 1) if any case lending into retirement fails affordability. We can investigate this for you.
- Self employed cases automatically refer at DIP stage. The DIP will be manually reviewed by our underwriters within two working days.
- When submitting a case, please ignore the packaging request for an authority to obtain references. This is no longer required and you will be able to proceed without it.
- A DIP is currently referred to as ‘Mortgage Certificate’. This will be updated in a future release.
- We’re working to update other minor cosmetic and wording tweaks and are reviewing mandatory fields.
