Lending Criteria, Self build

1 min read

It’s time for our last instalment of our January weekly updates with the changes to our Self Build criteria for 2021.

We can announce the following criteria changes:

  • Maximum loan size increasing from £750k to £1m.
  • Shared access permitted (relevant rights of access must be in place prior to application and subject to valuers’ comments).

To recap, we will lend on a variety of different Self Build cases. These include:

  • New projects from scratch
  • Conversions
  • Renovations
  • Knock down & rebuilds
  • Mid or partially built projects

A member of our team will be happy to discuss a case with you on 0330 123 1073 if not fill out our Self Build enquiry form to send us an outline of your needs.

This article was published under our previous name of Ipswich Building Society. We changed our name in 2021 – get in touch if you have any questions.
