Our Buy to Let mortgages are available to sole or joint applicants resident in England and Wales for loans up to 80% LTV.
We don’t lend to large-scale commercial landlords – that’s just not us. We want to support smaller, more independent landlords, and so can look at cases where your client wants to become a landlord for the first time (as long as they have owned their own home in the past) and of course existing landlords with less than three properties in their portfolio.
We can also help with family (or regulated) BTL if your client is renting out their property to a family member.
We’ll accept applications from employed, self employed and retired applicants, but we do require at least one applicant to have a minimum income of £25,000.
Flexibility within our range of products means your client can choose between a low-loan option with reduced fees or fixed and discount rate options including a five-year fixed rate.
